Hi Friends ~ I hope you had a nice weekend! I am excited to share with you a fund-raising event for the Litters'n Critters Animal Rescue! Litters'n Critters is 100% volunteer, non-profit organization that helps save hundreds of dogs every year. It's through them that we were able to adopt our two 'furry kids'.
|Rescued by Litters'n Critters 2010 and adopted to us a few weeks later!|
Rosey was rescued from Labrador 4 years ago, which is when we got her, and she is an absolute sweetheart. She's the 'other girl' in my husband's life, that's for sure! (And I'm OK with that! hee hee). She's super sweet and loves to snuggle and play with Cooper. Besides chasing squirrels, her favourite thing to do is go outside and play ball!

Cooper, aka as "The Golden Child" (hubby calls him the "Blonde"...hmph. You can see why I prefer "The Golden Child") and he is mischievous as he is adorable. Cooper was found as a stray, starving little pup on a reservation in Newfoundland last summer. He gets into everything that he can so we have to watch him like a hawk. Too smart for his own good - but we love him to bits.

Rosey and Cooper now have happy (and very spoiled) lives thanks to Litters 'n' Critters saving them and we'll be forever grateful that we were approved to adopt them. These dogs have become a HUGE part of our family!
Litters'n Critters saved our two dogs, along with lots of others, and arranged to have them flown to Nova Scotia - flown FREE courtesy FedEx - where they are cared for (sometimes requiring surgery!) and then they are fostered out until they are adopted out to good homes. Personally, I don't think I could foster the dogs because I would seriously keep every single one. So I take my hat off to all those foster mom and dads! And the volunteers at Litters'n Critters are truly angels in disguise for all that they do. So this fund-raiser is near and dear to my heart and is my way to give back for all that Litters'n Critters does for these animals!
