Basic Coloring

Hi Friends! As promised in yesterday's post, I've got another video for my "Simple Sentiments Series" featuring Basic Coloring. I had hoped to have this post done for you much earlier today but look what held me up:

I've been chopping, slicing, coring all these gorgeous apples from our heirloom trees. And these aren't all the apples - not by a long shot.  I'd since filled another huge basket full, as today's wind knocked even more apples from the trees. And it's not counting all the apples that have already gone into the freezer, apple butter, apple jam, pie fillings and nightly desserts.  I've never really had an apple tree - let alone LOTS of apple trees - before, and I must say, I am loving it! It's sooo awesome to walk 6 steps into our back yard and fill baskets with heavenly fruit. So with today's apples I really want to recreate the delicious cider (specifically Thatchers) that I enjoy whilst visiting England - I'll let you know how it goes. In the meantime, if you've got a favourite apple recipe to share, please do! Just leave a comment with your apple recipe and I'll send you some hand stamped cards in the mail! How's that for a sweet deal? LOL

So onto today's video.  If you've missed my previous videos from my "Simple Sentiments Series", they're all about basic stamping, focused for those who are new to the hobby (as well as those who need a little reminder).  Today's topic is all about coloring.  In the video I demonstrated four cards which I colored using our ink pads, markers, blender pens and aqua painters.  Enjoy!
