BC and Butterflies!

HI Friends! I have a bit of news for you today - my husband and I decided to move back to British Columbia! In fact, I'm already here! I arrived last weekend. We are VERY sad to leave our home & beautiful property in Nova Scotia but after 8 years on the East Coast (our originial plan was to stay just for 3 years) we decided that it's not in our best interest to stay, due to the current economy. Some of you may remember that my husband and I were in the process of starting our B&B Glamping Retreat (with vintage trailers) and how much we've been looking forward to it. I also know that some of you (as far away as New York and even Germany) had emailed me asking for more information so that you could come stay with us - but you may want to consider coming to the West Coast of Canada instead! LOL  We're still planning on proceeding with our B&B Glamping Retreat business - but we have to put it on the proverbial shelf until we find the right property and community where we want to settle. Hopefully it will all fall into place sooner rather than later. In the meantime, I have been hired by a successful white water rafting and glamping resort, with exclusive retreats, as their Reservation Sales & Marketing Manager - right up my alley and too good to pass up! I started this past Monday. It's a permanent seasonal position which is perfect because I'll have the time to continue working my Stampin' Up! and my Plexus businesses. So there you go! Now you know why my blog posts have been a bit sporadic lately - I've been crazy busy packing up our house and getting it ready to list as well as getting ready to move back to my home province! Whew - it's been a LOT!  I'm already missing my dear friends and customers on the East Coast but it is also nice to see my friends and family here too.

Let's get back to Stampin' Up! news because I'm VERY happy to let you know the Butterfly Thinlits are back!!!  I know MANY of you have been patiently waiting to get your hands on them - they're so beautiful.

You can order the Butterfly Thinlits by clicking HERE

As a token of their appreciation of your patience waiting for them Stampin' Up! has a complimentary gift for you too!

**please note: at the time of this posting the Stampin' Up! online site is
down for maintenance and should be up and running shortly.***

I'm off for my first run of the season this morning and then brunch with family before heading over to Vancouver Island to visit more friends and family (and to buy my new car).  It's been 3 years since I've been back home so I'm really looking forward to it.

I hope you have a great weekend my friends!

HAPPY STAMPING!

Welcome back to BC. I hope you're enjoying our spring weather and settling in. What a big move and transition for you and your family, but it sounds like you've got a great job and prospects. If you're settling in near Abbotsford stay in touch. Always nice to know new stampers in the area.

As a fellow West Coaster living on one of the tiny Gulf Islands....welcome home and all the best as you and your husband resettle.
