Homemade Kindness Farmhouse Christmas Shaker Card

Do you ever have a card or an idea for a project that you keep tossing around in your head and then you can't wait to actually give it a go? That's the story with the card I'm sharing with you today. When our Holiday Catalogue first came out this past Fall and I saw the Farmhouse Christmas and Homemade Kindness stamp sets, I knew they'd work well together with some of our other stamps in the Annual Catalogue. I knew right away I wanted to create a kitchen scene, with the truck outside the window. Stampin' Up! had everything I needed to create this with! So I poured a cup coffee and got a slice of my yummy pound cake, pulled out my supplies and proceeded to have a blast making this card:

I'm glad I decided to film this card because I think you'll enjoy watching the process! Scroll down this post to watch my video...

The 'shaker card' part was an after thought whilst putting the card together - I love it! Also, the ribbon trim above the window is a retired product I found in my scrap bin. It worked perfectly for this card! Please note: I mentioned in the video that the Stained Glass Thinlits are from the holiday catalogue, when I meant to say that they are in our current 2018/19 Annual Catalogue.

The Clear Wink of Stella pen is ideal for images like this old wood cook stove!
