"Christmas Rose Box" Tutorial!


Today's "Christmastime is Here" project tutorial was created by Loni Spendlove. 

Supplies:
Stamp SetsStamp Set (152431)
Card Stock – Very Vanilla (101650)
Stamp Pads – Cherry Cobbler (147083); Garden Green (147089); Soft Suede (147115)
Misc. – Roses Dies (1562144); Christmastime is Here Designer Series Paper (DSP) (152154); Gold 1/4” Shimmer Ribbon (152156); Paper Trimmer (152392); Dimensionals (104430); Tear & Tape (138995); Die Cutting Machine

Measurements:
Very Vanilla Card Stock: 3-1/2” x 3”
DSP: 9-3/4” x 6”
Ribbon: 20”

Instructions:
  1. Score DSP on the shorter edge at 1-1/4” and 4-3/4”. Rotate 90 degrees and score along the longer side at 1-1/4”, 2-1/2”, 5-1/2” and 6-3/4”. Fold along all scored marks, then cut from both long sides along score marks just to intersecting horizontal score mark.
  2. Adhere Tear & Tape to the tabs on all 4 corners of the box, on the side that will be the inside of the box. Assemble into box with hinged lid.
  3. Tie ribbon around box with bow on top front.
  4. Cut Very Vanilla label with dies and machine. Stamp “Merry Christmas” in Cherry Cobbler, sprigs in Garden Green and Pinecones in Soft Suede ink.
  5. Adhere label to front of box using dimensional on the sides.
