Dandelion Wishes Card Tutorial

Hi Friends! I hope you’ve been enjoying this week’s card tutorials! I’ll be back on Monday with more projects to share with you. Have a great Friday and an awesome weekend!

  • Stamp
    Sets

    Wishes

  • Card
    Stock
    –
    Gorgeous Grape (146987); Shimmery White (101910); Silver Foil Sheets
    (132178); Coastal Cabana (131297); Highland Heather (146986)
  • Stamp
    Pads

    –Versamark (102283)
  • Misc.
    –Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder (109131); ), White Stampin’
    Emboss Powder (109132); Heat Tool (129063); Silver 3/8”
    Metallic-Edge Ribbon (144213); Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewels
    (144220); SNAIL (104332)

Measurements:
  • Highland
    Heather: 11” x 4 ¼”, score at 5 ½”
  • Gorgeous
    Grape: 5 ½” x 4”
  • Shimmery
    White: 5 1/8” x 3 7/8”
  • Coastal
    Cabana: 3 ¼” x 3 ¼”
  • Silver
    Foil Sheet: 3 3/8” x 3 3/8”
Instructions:
  1. Fold
    Highland Heather in ½ to form card base.
  2. Glue
    Gorgeous Grape mat to the card front.
  3. Stamp
    the sentiment in the lower right corner of the Shimmery White in
    Versamark ink. Add Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set.
  4. Glue
    the Shimmery White to the Gorgeous Grape mat.
  5. Stamp
    the dandelion image on the Coastal Cabana in Versmark ink. Add
    White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set.
  6. Glue
    the Coastal Cabana to the Silver Foil Sheet mat.
  7. Wrap
    the ribbon around the bottom of the Coastal Cabana piece and tie in
    a loose knot on the right side.
  8. Glue
    the Coastal Cabana piece to the top of the Shimmery White.
  9. Add
    rhinestones to the center of each dandelion.

    Very pretty. I like the ribbon. I noticed the ribbon on the card you sent and I think I'll use ribbon on my cards. It adds a nice touch.
