Hi Friends! The card I’m sharing with you today, featuring our new “Dressed to Impress Bundle”, was created by the lovely Stella McKay!

Supplies:
  • Stamp
    set: Dressed to Impress (151666)*
  • Cardstock
and Paper: Blushing Bride (131198), Smoky Slate (131202), Whisper
White (100730), Rose Glimmer Paper (146959)
  • Ink:
Blushing Bride (147100), Melon Mambo (147051), Basic Gray (149165),
    Tuxedo Black Memento (132708)
  • Miscellaneous:
All Dressed Up Dies (151665)*, Painted Labels Dies (151605),
Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder (151474), 5/8” Organdy

Blends (144574), Paper Trimmer (152392), SNAIL Adhesive (104332),
Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430), Mini Glue Dots (103683), Tear &
Tape Adhesive (138995), Bone Folder (102300), Paper Snips (103579),
    die-cutting and embossing machine
*Purchase
the Dressed to Impress stamp set and coordinating All Dressed Up Dies
together at a 10% discount (153832)
Measurements:
  • Blushing
Bride card base:5-1/2” x 8-1/2”, scored at 4-1/4” then folded
on the crease with the Bone Folder plus a scrap about 1” x 1”
  • Smoky
    Slate: 3-1/2” x 2-1/4”
  • Whisper
    White: 2” x 2-1/4” and 1-1/2” x 1-1/4”
  • Rose
    Glimmer Paper: 3-1/4” x 3-1/4”
  • Ribbon:
    13”
Instructions:

  1. Using
the Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder, emboss one half of the
    Blushing Bride card base.
  2. Stamp
perfume bottle and flower with Basic Gray ink on Whisper White
cardstock. Stamp Blushing Bride inside perfume bottle. Stamp off
once with Melon Mambo and stamp flower. Color in leaves with the Old
Olive Light Stampin’ Blends marker. Die cut both with your
    die-cutting machine.
  3. Stamp
the perfume bottle again with Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto Blushing
Bride scrap. With Paper Snips cut out the “parfum” center and
the box around it. With SNAIL Adhesive, affix to the full perfume
    bottle as its label.
  4. Stamp
the “hello fabulous!” sentiment with Basic Gray ink to right
side of your Smoky Slate cardstock. Die cut with the notched
rectangle from the Painted Labels Dies so that sentiment is on the
right side, leaving room for the perfume bottle. The exclamation
point in “fabulous!” should end about ¼” from the edge of the
    die cut piece.
  5. Using
Rose Glimmer Paper die cut the circular swirl from the Painted
    Labels Dies.
  6. Overlap
ribbon so it appears like a big bow. Affix the area where it all
crosses with Tear & Tape Adhesive then affix to the card front
    to the left of center.
  7. Affix
the perfume bottle and flower to the sentiment piece with Stampin’
Dimensionals. Affix this piece to the Rose Glimmer Paper with Mini
Glue Dots and so the swirl is popped out from the left side about
    ¾”.
  8. With
Stampin’ Dimensionals, attach the whole center piece on top of the
    ribbon.

Enjoy the day & HAPPY STAMPING!

AvatarI joined Stampin' Up! the first night they arrived in Canada, April 2002, and what a ride it's been! At the time I just wanted the discount on all of the fabulous stamps and accessories - why pay full price if you don't have to, right? But little did I know where my journey with Stampin' Up! would take me. Read More…
