Get a FREE Big Shot (or $125 in product) until Nov 11th!

October 31, 2011 Leave a Comment

Hi Everyone! I am so excited! Stampin’ Up! has had such a wonderful and overwhelming response to their current FREE BIG SHOT (or $125 in free product) offer that they’ve EXTENDED this promotion until November 11th! YAY!!!!
If you haven’t yet seen Shelli’s message (Stampin’ Up!’s co-founder and CEO), take a moment to watch her video and hear all about this offer that truly is to ‘Die For’!

I’ve had quite a few of my friends and customers take advantage of this great deal and I hope YOU decide to get your starter kit (full of stamps, ink, paper, tools, etc) and the FREE BIG SHOT too!  Contact me for more information and/or to order your kit today! serenestamper@yahoo.ca

I’ve got some great cards to share with you.  At my monthly team meeting this month, this is the make and take project I provided to everyone:

We used the new Simply Scored tool, which I absolutely LOVE and don’t know how I’ve lived without it! It makes scoring a breeze and sooooo FAST!  Here’s another version using the silver glimmer paper on the wreath:
The ribbon is the Quilted Cherry Cobbler ribbon and the ‘Seasons Greetings’ banner is from the Pines and Poinsettias Stamp set.

Here are more cards that some of the lovely demonstrators on my ‘Serene Stampers’ team brought for ‘Show and Tell’ at our monthly team meeting this past Thursday:

Stephanie made this card with the gorgeous Christmas Lodge stamp set, from the Holiday Mini.  The pretty Designer Paper is called ‘Frostwood Lodge‘, also from the Holiday Mini.
Stephanie made this adorable penguin using the Owl Punch! Love it! The owl ears are used  the arms! So clever! I can’t wait to make some of these myself!

Did you know that you can make Baby Booties with the Stitched Stocking Stamps and the coordinating Stocking Builder Punch? Stephanie also brought this sweet card sample.  ADORABLE or what???!!!
Leigh made this beautiful card – I love how she sponged the sky!  The stamp set Leigh used is called ‘Scenic Season” and the Peace on Earth sentiment is from the ‘Four the Holidays’ stamp set.
Heather,  my dear friend and demonstrator who lives on Ontario, sent these adorable stockings for our card swap! Heather used the new Holiday Stocking Die (it even does the stitches for you!) The Petals-A-Plenty texture on the stocking is so pretty too – I love this idea! You can even choose a textured embossing folder for FREE, in the starter kit!  Click HERE for more details!

I always tuck in a 3×3 thank you note into my customer’s orders – my way of saying “THANKS!” and also a little somethin’ somethin’ to inspire them!  These were the cards for my October orders.  The Owl is from the Hostess Set in the Holiday Mini, “Warmest of Wishes“.  I received this stamp set FREE from Stampin’ Up! at Convention this past summer and I have had so much fun playing with it!!  You can get it free too, just by hosting a workshop or a private card class of your own! Contact me to find out more!
Speaking of Convention, while there I took some My Digital Studio classes and one of our projects was a desktop calendar.  This is the October page – isn’t it cute?! Wait until you see the November page!  I’ll post it tomorrow!
HAPPY STAMPING & HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

AvatarI joined Stampin' Up! the first night they arrived in Canada, April 2002, and what a ride it's been! At the time I just wanted the discount on all of the fabulous stamps and accessories - why pay full price if you don't have to, right? But little did I know where my journey with Stampin' Up! would take me. Read More…
