Hello Friends! I just wanted to wish you a very Happy Valentine’s Day! I’m sending YOU love and appreciation for being a part of my stamping & paper crafting community. I appreciate you more than you know.
I made this card from our “Sending Hearts” Paper Pumpkin kit (January 2021). Isn’t it cute?
As soon as I saw the snail image I KNEW I wanted to make a card with some googly eyes. I also coloured the heart embellishments with my Real Red Stampin’ Blend marker.
Our next Paper Pumpkin Kit, for March, looks pretty awesome!

This is a long weekend for us here in Canada – so I’m looking forward to having an extra day off with my honey tomorrow. Today we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast while we watched a favourite TV show (Sh**t$ Creek) and then we went for a nice drive. I rarely leave the house except for groceries every two or three weeks, the post office and walking my hounds. To say I enjoyed getting out is an understatement. There just aren’t many places to go during winter, much less during a pandemic. We had planned on going out for supper for Valentine’s tonight but decided to stay home instead. We’re going to BBQ some steaks (they’ve been marinating all day), baked potatoes and salad and I made an apple strudel for dessert. I have to be honest, there isn’t a restaurant around here that can top this meal! So I’d say we’re having a lovely Valentine’s Day! I hope you are too!
