Number ONE on my favourite retiring stamp set list is….
As you may have noticed, I have an affinity for all things seaside and ocean related! Growing up in Comox (on Vancouver Island, British Columbia), I spent a LOT of time at the beach and on the water fishing with my Dad and Grandpa. Now that I live in Nova Scotia, with the ocean a mere 10-minute drive away, I still spend time at the beach (and fishing too!). So of course, I HAVE to get any stamp set that has a beach or nautical theme (which is also perfect for my scrapbook pages).
Here are some cards I’ve made using the “Seaside Notions” stamp set:
So there you have it, friends! My top ten list of my favourite retiring stamp sets! I shared them in no particular order, but can you guess which of the ten sets is my absolute most favourite??? If you guessed “High Tide” you’d be correct!
This is one set that will actually stay within reach long after it’s retired because I use it a TON! While I love the lighthouse & sentiments, I use the birds most of all, on all kinds of cards and projects (and there’s nothing like these birds in the upcoming new catalogue), and I also use the grass and water stamps all the time with my other sets.
I hope you’ve enjoyed my annual Top Ten Favourite Retiring Stamp Sets. I can’t believe we’re already halfway through April – there are only two weeks left to get YOUR favourite retiring stamps and accessories! Some products are on SALE too!
Enjoy the day, stay well & HAPPY STAMPING!
