Hi Friends! Every week I make thank you cards to send to my customers, to thank them for their orders – I LOVE doing this!
These cards used up strips of “Pressed Petals” Designer Series Paper from my scrap basket – this paper is TOO pretty to waste!
The sentiment is from the “Notes of Kindness” kit and the butterfly and fern is from the “Positive Thoughts” stamp set. I also used my Stamparatus to make these cards, which really made them FAST to make.
To colour the butterflies I used my aqua painter and ink pads. It’s hard to tell from the photos, but all the cards got a spritzing of Champagne Shimmer Mist, so they’re all sparkly! A little linen thread and pretty pearl finished the cards!
Yes, this is a quick and simple card, but I still think it’s pretty and we all need simple cards sometimes. In our busy days, when we don’t have an hour to make a more time-intensive card, a card like this is still special to the receiver, don’t you think?
