The blueberries on our acreage are all organic but have been let go over the years, so there’s a lot of grass in amongst the berries which slows down the harvesting process. Hubby and I enjoyed a walk around our property this morning to survey all the berry plants and we’ve decided we’re going to burn quite a big area this fall so that next year everything will be on a good schedule for next picking season. We’ve also got a lot of bayberry bushes so I’ve been researching online to see what I can do with them. And let’s not forget all the apples – all our trees are loaded with fruit! I predict I’ve got a busy canning season coming soon – I’m looking forward to it though. And I’m trying to squeeze in every moment I can to enjoy the summer sunshine!
My friend Elaine came out and brought three of her friends and we had
just the nicest time stamping our cards! One lady stamped a bit years ago and the rest had never stamped before – they really enjoyed it!

I know this can be frustrating for new stampers but it’s actually quite
easy and it’s an important thing to know when you want to make a card.

In my video I made a reference to having a good paper cutter and I highly recommend the one from Stampin’ Up!
I’ll be back over the weekend with another post for you. I’ve also been planning my Virtual Stamp Clubs so all the info will be ready for you before the clubs begin next month.
Enjoy the day & HAPPY STAMPING!
