Summertime Santa Class

September 9, 2011 Leave a Comment

Hi Everyone! HAPPY FRIDAY! I am sooooo happy the sun is back! I may be able to get our lawn cut yet! (I love cutting the lawn! Of course, having over an acre, it helps to have the ride-on mower!)  Last night had my third and final SUMMERTIME SANTA class.  This class has been a blast!

Using the Letters to Santa Quick Accents and the Note Card and envelopes, I demonstrated how you could make 20 cards in 60 minutes! Granted, we’d get chit-chatting and would go PAST the 60 minute mark (LOL) but at least the ladies could see how they could easily whip up a stack of cards SUPER FAST!

These are some of the samples from my display board.  Click to view it larger.

The board got caught in the rain, hence the splotches in the ink (bah!).
Also, you may notice m’finger in some of the shots..and in case you’re wonderin’,
it’s OPI “Japanese Rose”. *wink*

Here are some cards the ladies made!
Didn’t they do a great job!  Love them!

Tammy’s son Matthew joined us too and he was awesome! You did a GREAT job on your cards, Matthew!!  The middle photo of Beth and Tammy is so sweet – look at those amazing SMILES! And you can’t really tell from the picture, but their faces are covered with Dazzling Diamonds! That’s why they’re GLOWING! LOL  Those diamond just end up on everyone and everything – which is why we love them! FUN!

That’s it for me! Have a great weekend everyone and HAPPY STAMPING!

AvatarI joined Stampin' Up! the first night they arrived in Canada, April 2002, and what a ride it's been! At the time I just wanted the discount on all of the fabulous stamps and accessories - why pay full price if you don't have to, right? But little did I know where my journey with Stampin' Up! would take me. Read More…
