Sympathy Card

October 20, 2014 Leave a Comment

Hi Friends.  The father of a very dear friend of mine passed away a couple of days ago and my heart just breaks for her. I know how hard it is to lose a parent; my (step) mom passed four years ago and I miss her terribly.  No matter what the circumstances it’s never easy and we realize after our loved ones are gone just how big that void is in our heart.  It’s our memories and experiences that we need to be so grateful for – and to remember to cherish the ones we love and make the most of each day.

I took some time today to create a sympathy card for my friend, to send her lots of love and to let her know I’m here for her:

The inside of the card.

I stamped the envelope too.

But little did I know where my journey with Stampin' Up! would take me. Read More…
