Sneak Peek & New Videos!

September 14, 2010 Leave a Comment

Here’s a sneak peak of some of the projects I’ve been making to display at the Fair!

Hi y’all! It’s getting down to the nitty gritty – the Queen’s County Fair is almost here and I’ve still got quite a few preparations prior to my 3 day demonstration. That said, I’ll keep this posting short – albeit SWEET! (Speaking of sweet, anyone try my gingersnap cookie recipe yet??). OK. First thing to mention – VIDEOS! Don’t we all just love watching Stampin’ Up! show us new & fun techniques? I’m excited to announce the addition of three Starter Kit technique videos listed on my Stampin’ Up! website. You’ll find these videos under Start Your Business>Kit Techniques – or, simply click HERE. These videos are a great source of inspiration and for those of you considering becoming a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, they also showcase the value of the Starter Kit contents. Contact me today if you’d like to receive more information about becoming a demonstrator. I LOVE it – and I am sure you will too!

I just watched a great news clip with Shelli Gardner, Stampin’ Up! CEO & Co-Founder and I enjoyed it so much I thought I’d share it with you. It was really neat to watch the tour of the home office, now that I’ve been there! I’m STILL on a high from the SU Convention in Utah this past July.

And here’s Shelli showing some of her favourite Home Decor ideas. I’ve been looking for a little tree like the one shown – anyone know where I can find one? I love Shelli’s idea of having a little tree on display, year round, with both seasonal or non-seasonal ornaments – made with Stampin’ Up! products, of course!

I’ve got to get back to my stamping…I’ve been playing with the ‘Candy Cane Christmas’ decor elements from the Holiday mini. SO FUN! I’m hooked on these vinyl images! I’ll post a tutorial tomorrow (I am FINALLY starting Christmas early this year! LOL).

HAPPY STAMPING!

I joined Stampin' Up! the first night they arrived in Canada, April 2002, and what a ride it's been! At the time I just wanted the discount on all of the fabulous stamps and accessories - why pay full price if you don't have to, right? But little did I know where my journey with Stampin' Up! would take me. Read More…
