“Timeless Tropical Rest & Relax” Card Tutorial

    Whisper White (100730); Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper

  • Stamp
    Pads

    – Soft Suede (147115)
  • Misc.
    – Neutrals Stampin’ Write Markers (147158); Regals Stampin’
    Write Markers (147155); Braided Burlap Trim (151254); Coastal Weave
    Embossing Folder (151503); Noble Peacock Rhinestones (149494); SNAIL
    Adhesive (104332); Tear & Tape Adhesive (138995); Stampin’
    Dimensionals (104430)

Measurements:

  • Soft
    Sea Foam card base: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”, score at 4-1/4”
  • Soft
    Sea Foam: 5-1/4” x 4”
  • DSP:
    3” x 4”

  • Soft
    Suede: 2-5/8” x 3-3/8”

  • Whisper
    White: 2-1/2” x 3-1/4”
  • Mint
    Macaron: 3” x ¾”

  • Trim:
    4”
Instructions:

  1. Emboss
    Soft Sea Foam background layer with Coastal Weave & adhere to
    card front.
  2. Adhere
    Tropical Oasis DSP to the card front.
  3. Color
    the Timeless Tropical palm leaves with an Old Olive marker and the
    tree trunks with a Soft Suede marker, directly onto the rubber with
    the side of the brush tip end. Huff on the inked image and stamp
    onto Whisper White layer.
  4. Mount
    image onto Soft Suede mat.
  5. Attach
    Burlap Trim to the back of the stamped layers with Tear & Tape.
    Pop up the focal point with Dimensionals onto the card front.

  6. Stamp
    Timeless Tropical sentiment in Soft Suede onto Mint Macaron. Adhere
    to focal point with SNAIL.
  7. Add
    Old Olive Noble Peacock Rhinestones to the sentiment layer.
