All Occasion Card Class – November Cards

November 22, 2018 Leave a Comment

Hi Friends! Last night was my monthly All Occasion Card Class. Each month we make six cards, two each of three designs. I have everyone’s card supplies pre-cut and ready for them to stamp and assemble. These monthly classes are truly a lot of fun – it’s also a great time to relax and unwind from a busy day (or week).

I like to keep the cards simple, for those who have never stamped before but also because sometimes we need cards in a hurry – and simple is still pretty! I also like to demonstrate some techniques and last night I taught the emboss resist and spotlighting techniques – both were a hit with the ladies! Here are the cards we made:

Daisy Delight
Did you know that you can buy a Daisy Delight card supplies set? Check it out:
Cards don’t have to be overloaded to be effective—simplicity sometimes is key, as with this card.

Order all the products you need for making the cards featured in the You Can Make It sections in the 2018-2019 annual catalogue in one go!

Collection includes:
* Daisy Delight Photopolymer Stamp Set
* Clear Block D
* Whisper White Note Cards & Envelopes
* Old Olive Classic Stampin’ Pad
* Sahara Sand Classic Stampin’ Pad
* Daisy Punch

Mary Anne is brand new to stamping and LOVES it! Here she is trying out the Big Shot for the first time too, as we used the Snow is Falling embossing folder on this card:

Snow is Glistening

This set is only available until Nov. 30th or while supplies last.

Danielle and Amanda – look at those smiles! This is why I love what I do – my heart is full when I see everyone relaxed, having fun and enjoying themselves!

Lovely as a Tree
I’ll be doing a video next week on this card – it’s a design I’ve repeated over the years because it’s always a “Wow” and I love it!

This photo makes me giggle – Debbie is saying to Treena “Here, sniff this glue for the photo” LOL Yup, we can be silly – so much fun though!

Next card class is Wednesday, December 19th.

Thanks for stopping by ~ I hope you were inspired by today’s project and that you’ll visit again soon!
If you live locally I’d love for you to join in on my classes & events.

I joined Stampin' Up! the first night they arrived in Canada, April 2002, and what a ride it's been! At the time I just wanted the discount on all of the fabulous stamps and accessories - why pay full price if you don't have to, right? But little did I know where my journey with Stampin' Up! would take me. Read More…
