Prized Peony Card Tutorial

Hi Friends! Today I’ve got a lovely card to share with you. This beauty was created by my dear friend, Alison Solven!

Measurements:Whisper
White – 8 ½” x 5 ½”; scored at 4 ¼” to form card base

Pool
Party – 4 ¾” x 3 ½”; 3 /4” x 2 ¾”

Gray
Granite – 4 ¾” x 2”

Peony
Garden Designer Series Paper (DSP) – 4 ½” x 3 ¼”

Directions:

1. Fold
   Whisper White Cardstock in half to form card front.

2. Colour
   between the flowers on the DSP with the Light Pool Party Stampin’
   Blend.

3. Glue
   the DSP to the Pool Party (4 ¾” x 3 ½”).

4. Wrap
   the ribbon around the Pool Party and tie a loose knot on the left
   side.

5. Cut
   the Gray Granite strip with the scalloped die and die cut machine.

6. Glue
   the strip to the back on the Pool Party on the left side.

7. Glue
   all pieces to the middle of the card front.

8. Banner
   cut the right end of the Pool Party Strip with Paper Snips.

9. Stamp
   the sentiment on the strip of Pool Party in Gray Granite ink.

10. Pop
    up the sentiment on the ribbon as shown.

11. Add
    two Elegant Faceted Gems to the right of the sentiment.
